On the 19th of November Couture Model Harriadnie Beau proudly announced she was appointed the NEW Face and Patron to charity Detect and Protect breast care awareness, and will be working towards raising funds for this charity.
Detect and Protect was founded by 51 year old Karen Attwood a seven year survivor of this fast spreading disease. Karen is from Hertfordshire and considers herself as one of the lucky ones and has since dedicated the last seven years to raising money to help find a cure for breast cancer.
Karen is also a DJ and radio presenter and goes by the name of A Taste of Honey, along with her fellow deejay ‘Skitz’ and she presents annual breast care awareness shows in October every year.
Top London Fashion model Harriadnie Beau say she is so honoured to be part of this campaign as this is a charity close to her heart, as her own mother Alexandria is an 11 year survivor of the disease, and she knows the courage that is needed to fight breast cancer.
Harriadnie is calling for all women to come forward and support Breast Cancer awareness.
